Credito Membership Service

Credito is a trading style of Credit Intelligence Limited. Credit Intelligence Limited is an Appointed Representative of Quint Group Limited, and is entered on the Financial Services Register under reference number: 739008. Quint Group Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and is entered on the Financial Services Register under reference number: 669450. Authorisation can be checked on the Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk. Credit Intelligence Limited is registered in England and Wales (Company number 08552150) and its registered office is Quint Group Ltd, Glasshouse, Alderley Park, Nether Alderley, Cheshire SK10 4ZE. It is licenced by the Information Commissioners Office (registration number Z2473635). These Terms and Conditions were last updated: 1st May 2020. In these terms and conditions, “we” or “us” refers to Credit Intelligence Limited trading as Credito and “you” or “your” refers to you, the user of these services.

We provide a credit broking service under a subscription-based membership scheme called Credito. This service is free for the first 14 days. If you do not cancel within this period, there will be a monthly fee of £19.99 (which is payable in advance). If you cancel after the initial 14 day period, you must give us notice. You will not be entitled to a refund of any fees you have paid unless the circumstances explained at clause 5.4 below apply to you. Credito gives users access to credit broking services as well as credit reports and scores, credit alerts and access to discounts and vouchers with major brands (together the “service” or “services”).

If you apply for credit or lending through our website, and your application is successfully accepted by a lender, credit provider or broker, they may pay us a fee or commission for introducing you to them.

Credit reporting services are supplied by Credito and powered by data provided by TransUnion International UK Limited. TransUnion International UK Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under number 737740. Authorisation can be checked on the Financial Services Register at register.fca.org.uk.

These terms and conditions explain our services to you and your obligations to us. Please read these terms carefully before signing up to these services using this website because they apply as soon as you accept them: they are really important. 1. Our contract with you

These are the terms and conditions which apply to your use of the www.credito.co.uk website and form the contractual relationship between us and you. By entering into these terms and conditions, you also agree to the terms and conditions of TransUnion International UK Limited.

2. Changes to these terms and conditions or the services

We may change these terms and conditions at any time. If changes are made we will put the new terms and conditions or details of the changes on the www.credito.co.uk website. The changes will take effect when they are posted on the www.credito.co.uk website.

3. Using our Services

Our services are only open to our members. To become a member, please see clause 10 below.

Membership Rules

After becoming a member (see clause 10 below), you must keep to these rules.

Membership is personal to the person accepting these terms.

Membership is non-transferable.

Membership cannot be used by persons other than the Member.

You shall ensure that no other persons have access to your member details and you must keep them safe and confidential to you. You must not share them with anyone else and take reasonable steps to make sure they cannot be accessed by anyone else.

Other persons in your household must not access the scheme, the benefits or the credit reporting service using your identity (and you must ensure this does not happen).
